How to use Lendoo
From first loan to backup — everything explained in clear steps.
Getting started
Download Lendoo from Google Play. At first launch you automatically get 14 days full access to all premium features — no account, no credit card.

Lending money
Tap the + button top right. Choose direction "I lend out" and type "Money". Fill in name, amount and an optional due date. You can also set a monthly repayment schedule.

Lending an item
Tap the + button and choose type "Item". Add a photo of the condition when lending — useful to document scratches or wear. Choose a category like book, tool or electronics.

Tracking what you borrowed
Tap the + button and choose direction "I borrowed". This way you also track what you still need to pay back or return. The main screen clearly separates both directions.

Setting reminders
Open a loan and choose "Set reminder". Choose how many days before the due date you want a notification. Reminders work fully locally — no push server involved.

Generating a proof PDF
Lendoo generates a proof with names of lender and borrower, amount, duration, payment history and a signature field. Handy for larger amounts or formal agreements.

People overview
Tap "People" in the navigation bar (top right). You see all people with an active loan, the net balance and an overview of all their loans and items.

- Filter by active or archive
Backup & restore
Go to Settings → Backup. Lendoo creates a ZIP file with all your loans, attachments and photos. Save it to Google Drive, OneDrive or a location of your choice.

- Never unexpectedly overwritten
- Save to your own cloud or locally
Archive & completing loans
Mark a loan as completed via the loan detail page. Choose: fully repaid, returned, or write-off. Completed loans can be found in the Archive.

- Restore loan to active
- Search and filter in archive
- Permanently delete if desired
