1. Acceptance
By using Lendoo you agree to these terms.
2. Description
Lendoo is a mobile app for tracking personal loans. A product of FutureXS.
3. Use
Lendoo is for personal use with informal loans. Not intended as a substitute for legal advice. Documents such as the proof PDF are not legally binding agreements.
4. Premium
Premium via Google Play for €4.99/year. Cancellable at any time via Google Play → Subscriptions.
5. Data responsibility and backup
All data is stored exclusively locally on your own device. You are solely responsible for creating, storing and verifying backups of your data. FutureXS has no access to your data and cannot recover lost or corrupted data. Create a backup regularly via Settings → Backup and store the ZIP file in a safe location (e.g. Google Drive or OneDrive).
6. Liability
FutureXS is not liable for loss of data, corrupted backups, device loss or financial disputes arising from use of the app. Documents generated by the app (such as the proof PDF) are not legally binding agreements and are not a substitute for professional legal advice.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
8. Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes before the competent court in the Netherlands.
